Don’t use this medical aid

I am going to make enquiries to change over to Discovery if my employer allows me to do the same. Dealing with this medical aid is guaranteed to raise your blood pressure and aggravate any medical conditions that you have. They rejected my in hospital physiotherapy claims and I requested review of these as I was diagnosed with a PMB condition at the time of admission. To date they gave not provided any response regarding this review for which the turnaround time is 10 working days. I sent a complaint, then a complaint about the complaint. No joy. I’m now sending a complaint to CEMS. This would not be necessary if the people dealing with these complaints were a little bit more interested in their jobs. Complacency has set in. When they start bleeding members maybe they will wake up then.
