Don’t trust Bonitas

Bonitas rejected my claim after I saw a psychologist last year for horrible anxiety I suffered after losing my job. Even after I called and confirmed with them BEFORE I saw the psychologist and their agent told me it was okay and that my membership covered it, I could go to any psychologist as long as he was licensed. I’m so heartbroken right now, I’m still looking for a job and now I have to find money god knows where to pay this doctor just because Bonitas are greedy soulless ghouls. Thank you for making it easy for me and my family to cancel our membership.
