Don't rely on staff assistance.
Good scheme, but admin and staff knowledge is pathetic. Bonitas is promoting their Benefit Booster, which can be accessed Online or via the App. After not finding it on the Website, I called and was informed that unfortunately it is not yet available on the Website, so as a member I can not register for this benefit. Good scheme but not user friendly at all.
