Dont Join this medical aid

Absolute worst medical aid! After my mother was at the hospital with a serious illness Bonitas does not want to pay. The hospital was approved by Bonitas and they authorised her to be admitted. 4 months later the hospital is calling my mom to pay the R12 000 outstanding. She asks the hospital and they informed here that they are 4 people on the medical aid. Its only suppose to be my mother and father on the medical aid. My mom has phone Bonitas at least 1000 times trying to sort this out but they keep saying its only my parents on the medical. Come today she receives a letter from the medical aid with the other peoples details on. HOW THE ACTUAL!!!! They pay almost R11 000 a month towards this pathetic, useless medical aid just to be left with the bill. This is ******** and should be reported to the police for *****ing! I will not leave this here and will make sure the entire South Africa know to never join this medical aid!
