Don't join Bonitas medical aid.

I came here today to look for a shred of hope between the reviews but after reading them I'm considering a different medical aid. Bonitas medical aid's customer service is completely useless!! We called for 3 days just to make sure the doctor was on their provided list, no one answered. As a last hope I called the morning before the appointment again. No one in authorizations answered, I selected the become a member option and they answered immediately. Just shows!!when it's time to take your money they are quick to answer but after that they couldn't care less about their members.
