DONT JOIN BONITA
I Have sent an application in august there has been no feedback i send numerous mails no reply. i called 4 times into the call center today i still cant get a Team Leader this is disgusting you have no sense of customer service. I am appalled clearly you recruit with out skills there fore there is no feedback because you agents are unable to read or type and what does this say about your managers
