Don't give a dam 2
I have been a member of Bonitas for 16 years and more and have had mediocre to fair treatment over the years. However, I have now been dealing with BonCap a division of Bonitas on my daughter's behalf and their service and customer care is shocking, to say the least. They definitely have don't give a dam about their client's attitude. This has now spurred me on to look for an alternative Medical Aid. The only way to bring down these large corporates that don't give sh*t is to vote with your feet.
