Don't get bonitas ever, they won't pay for medical expenses that they should
Honestly, you're better off saving money in a separate bank account. I've been with Bonitas for over a year and have had 3 claims: birth control, a pap smear, and blood tests and they have rejected all three. when queried about birth control, i was told that i'm missing information. what information? they didn't know. same thing with pap smear and blood tests, what is the missing information and if i'm supposed to get some special approval to get these very standard things that i am paying for it should be clearer. also, the app is so bad that i can't use the chat function on my iphone as it says that it is unsecure.
