Don’t fall pregnant while Bonitas medical aid

Bonitas doesn’t take people serious. I’ve been calling Bonitas from January until today with no assistance. On the 14 January I went to see a GP and I was referred to see a specialist on the 09 February, I had authorisation number when I went to see a specialist. I was surprised when I check my claims statement on the app saying Bonitas rejected every claim I made. I have calling Bonitas every week, agent will tell you they paid but when you check your statement still written rejected. Bonitas you can’t be number one medical aid whereas your customers are not happy with your services
