Dont deliver on Advertisment

On the Bonitas website under the Boncap plan that is charged by income they have a R500 or less premium. So you would think that My mother who unemployed and supported by myself and a R300 government grant for my little sister would fall under that category. well I called them and requested that plan I was told that I cannot get that for my mother because she is not a full time student, no where on the website do they say its for full time students only. I am a full time postgraduate student that has a full time Job but you don't want to offer it to me Either. why do you advertise something that you do not offer. according to the consumer protection act I am supposed to get that offer for My mom because on the offer you do not specify for full time students only. and when you do specify we full time postgraduate students would like to not be discriminated against we are also full time students even though we have full time jobs.
