Don’t choose them under no circumstance!

Absolutely disgusted and upset at the service received from Bonitas. I will be cancelling my medical aid with them at the end of year because of their terrible and sketchy affiliations with their optical and dental service providers.

I had over R2k in my booster fund at the end of last year and app**** for spectacles and later got told that they didn’t pay the full amount.

Bonitas have failed to contact me to try resolve the issue and no explanation of what happened to the booster fun.

A month and a half ago I went to dentist that was clearly listed on the Bonitas app and when submitting the claim I was told that the Denis guys didn’t have the dentist in their network and conveniently only added them a day after my query.

I’ve asked for proof of this and nothing was shared with me and of course I wasn’t paid.

I can’t wait for the year to end so I can leave this terrible medical aid.
