Dont believe what Bonitas put on their website

We are on the bonsave option. On the website(i have a screenshot of it) it clearly states that once your savings are depleted you are still allowed up to 2 gp visits. We went to the GP once in April when we still had savings. Our savings depleted now in August. I then went to the GP as I had lunginfection and also to get a repeat on our scripts. Thus this should be falling under the 2 gp visits I am still allowed as per the website. However, Bonitas rejected this claims reason being that our savings is depleted. I then queried it and was told this benefit was used in April when I still had savings. The reason I was given it was a pmb illness and can not be funded from savings. Unfortunately I do not agree on this as PMB got a risk benefit. Also, I got an email telling me someone phoned and spoke to me....NO ONE PHONED ME!!! If this is not sorted I will ask the CMS to sort this out as this is ******* practices.
