Don't apply for medical aid with Bonitas
Before I joined Bonitas, I called their contact centre and asked a couple of questions around how their fund works. I app**** for a hospital plan and the consultant assured me that we are covered for emergencies at the ER. I took my 2 children 2 the ER for an emergency and now Bonitas is rejecting the claim without providing any explanation. I would like to know why the consultant assured me we are covered for emergencies if that's not the case.

I'd really like to be a part of the voting board to vote Bonita's as poorest medical aid provider in South Africa.
The consultant who I spoke to before taking up this medical aid promised me the world on a silver plater. When it's time for medical care, it's no sorry, you should suffer of illness and pain and stress. We just wanted your money, we don't care about your medical well-being.
I'd really like to be a part of the voting board to vote Bonita's as poorest medical aid provider in South Africa.
