Does,Bonitas know the medical industry?
Hallo, Me again Welcome to Chapter 2 of my Bonitas medication saga. I was informed by Bonitas last week (after the Chapter 1 email) that they do not classify depression nor dementia as chronic conditions and therefore they will not pay for my medication for these illnesses. Yes I know, amazing, especially coming from a company purportedly one of the best in the medical industry in South Africa. I have provided them with definitions from dictionaries, and professional institutions. I'm not sure they understood as I have not received any feedback from them yet. Any other courses of action that someone can suggest?
