DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PENSIONERS

My mom stays in mitchells plain and is a state pensioner paying Boncap R1100 she then has a R600 to live from of which R400 goes to medication that is not covered by Boncap for her depression meaning she now has a R200 to the entire month to live from. She has been cing Dr Anne at melomed Mitchells for years and its her Psychiatrist so its not like a other doctor where you can just up and go its mental condition and starting all over is not an option. The doctor admitted her and Bonitas slapped her with a R10 000 co-payment of which after a fight they retracted it. They send me 4 different authorisations letter with a different outcome every time making it very confusing. Now they told my mom to leave the hospital as only 5 days approved in a non network hospital . Why take the only hospital off the list in the area in which she stays for easy travelling now she is told to go to Vincent pallotti? Which is to far and she cannot be treated there for any medical condition as BONITAS has deemed them as a non network hospital but they can easily tell her now to use them only for DEPRESSION this makes no sense.... Why do you make things so difficult for people who are disadvantaged and suffering from depression. To start all over with a new person is not an option. The scheme makes decisions which makes no sense for person from disadvantaged areas.

Bonitas is not interested in resolving the matter the person who called says that Mitchells plain is close to Pinelands really why remove melomed who 5 mins away from my old mother home and now she must change her doctor yet my mom cannot be treated at Vincent palotti for any medical care they are not on the BONCAP list really but its okay for Pych>
