Do something about this
Good day
As I have been trying to get a response from bonitas and they couldn't be bothered I phoned this morning and was told that they won't cover my contraceptive as it's not on the contraceptive list(i still haven't seen this list).
However if they actually look at there Bonitas 2019 plan it doesn't say anything about a contraceptive list it does however only state that "you you must use the designated service provider for pharmacy dispensed contraceptives" and that is pharmacy direct which I am using and they still won't cover it. And still get told to check scheme rules. Don't tell to check the rules when you don't even know them
So what are you going to do about this now?
