DO NOT USE BONITAS MEDICAL AID!!!!!

I have been trying for the last 4 hours to get a authorization number to admit my 7 month old baby daughter to hospital to no avail!!!!!!!!! They do not care about there clients. Worst medical aid ever!!!!!!
