Do not join this scheme. Not Recommended

I am aggrieved and highly irritated with the service or no service I have been receiving from this medical aid. I have joined this medical aid on the 01 May 2021. The 2nd month of being a member, I struggled to receive a double deduction processed by this scheme. They took a full month to refund me. This is currently my 3rd month being a member and this month, they decided to suspend my medical aid due to non payment. I have stated on numerous occasions and provided payslips indicating that my employer pays my monthly contribution on the 15th of each month. I am now a suspended member (20 July 2021) even though my employer paid them on the 15 July 2021.
