DO NOT JOIN BONITAS

Good day I would like to wright a review on Bonitas Medical Fund, my Family is on one of there Hospital plans, we joined last year September, they said like all medical aids we need to pay upfront, so in August 2022 we made the payment for September, but someone at Bonitas gave us the wrong Membership number and that led to the payment not allocated in to the right account, So that was fixed with a big hassle, the next month we had the same problem with the allocation of the money and we where suspended, so we had to fight to get that solved, after that month everything seemed to go good for 6 months or so, and now the last 3 mounts we had the same issue, and that was the final blow for us, we can not go on like this, so we decided so go to a other medical scheme and leave Bonitas, we canceled it and they tell us that we haven't made the payment for October, but we did and sent them all our proof of payments from last year August up until now, and they keep on telling us that we did not pay for October so, they suspended our account AGAIN, so actually they are *****ing our money for this month, the best thing is every time we make the payment, THEY send us a message telling us, "thankyou for your payment it will be allocated to the right department", so if any one want's to join Bonitas please don't I will NOT recommend them to any one, I do not like to talk bad to anyone or compony, but this is unexcitable, now me and the hole Fam is going to be on a Hospital plan with much more benefits than what Bonitas can offer, I am not sorry for writing a bad review for Bonitas.
