The medical aid suspends membership on a monthly basis even though they are paid via salary deduction. This essentially means that they receive funds from my side, however, when I need to utilise the medical aid, the service provider informs me that my medical aid is suspended. I'm not quite sure how to deal with this, as it seems that the medical aid is operated by individuals that are unable to perform basic tasks and the only way to resolve issues is to write reviews on social media platforms. I hope people who consider joining this scheme, first do some homework because I clearly failed by not doing due diligence on this pathetic institution.
