DO NOT GO WITH BONITAS
it is now 3 months with Bonitas. They still refuse to pay for chronic meds even though there is no waiting period. They charge me R8000 late penalty fee even though the underwriters said I don't have to pay it and I have proof. It is now 1 month since I last posted about Bonitas on Hellopeter and they don't bother to answer me. They even suspended my medical aid but still want their money. I'm taking them to the medical ombudsman. DO NOT GO WITH THIS MEDICAL SCHEME. I will keep on saying this on Hellopeter and Facebook and anyone that wants to listen until you sort out this problem. I will show you how much damage one person can make.
