Do not fall pregnant when on Bonitats

I got on the Bonitas ship happy. Everything was a smooth ride and it changed when I learned about my pregnancy. I called the consultant that helped me get my medical aid and it turned out they will not be covering any expenses related to my pregnancy which makes no sense to me because the consultant never mentioned anything about pregnancy to me. However, he made it clear that if I had any chronic conditions there would be a problem with the paying out. Worse the only time we spoke about pregnancy was when he asked if I am pregnant and I told him that I wasn't he didnt tell me nothing about all the complications that come with the scheme when you fall pregnant as a new member nor did he mention the waiting periods that are pregnancy related. It is very annoying that he went as far as saying I should have known from the get go that I am pregnant. All I want to know is where is the human nature in all this nonsense? to top everything off I just had a call with one of the consultants now and he told me that should I get sick right now I wont be covered for anything due to the 12 month waiting period!! Why am I still with this medical aid again? And why am I still paying if they hire people that cant event tell us the basics when hopping on the ship.
