Do not choose Bonitas medscheme
On the 6th of April, i requested a hospital authorisation for the 12th of April. Than I did follow up to check for the auth, which I was told to send surgery codes which I sent. On the day of the procedure when I was suppose to be admitted to hospital I was told that my request was declined. Prior when I was doing follow ups, why was I not told. Till this day I’m going back and forth with Bonitas and I haven’t been helped. Mind you this surgery is very important as it was recommended by a specialist. I’m really unhappy with the service of this medsheme
