Distorted communication skills

So sad an disappointed that bonitas eats our money but cry to give our chronic meds which is the cheapest generic in the market an from the 18 of August till now no Bp meds or Cholesterol meds. After numerous calls falling on deaf ears i had to pay cash. Such poor service after me explainin to the consultant i can die if i dont get my meds nothing has been done. I explained what can happen if meds not taken, strokes, heart attacks, brain aneurysm. Also waiting for a refund for a specialist consult for 2weeks for calls no feedback but eatn my money every month end.
