dissatisfaction

i'm totally not happy with the service i have received since joining, misunderstanding and whole lot of inconvenience.

at first i was back dated on my inception date and later fixed and then i was imposed with a waiting period which was not the case before.

i should have listen to a friend and stay away from them.
