Dissapointment

My monthly installment jumped from last year of - +8/9% to a whole 65.5% this year i have querried it and thay say its sakery based and I fall in a catagory. I told them I cannot pay that amount every month I cant aford it. I asked if thay can re look and help/meet me half way. Thay refuse. Thay dont take in consideration that WE pay everymonth for the last few years my son and daughters medical cost (occupational therapy, Speach therapy, audiology and dermatologist) which my scheme doesnt cover for. I think this is discusting not to try and help us out.
