Disrespect and Inconsideration

Bonitas has deducted R11.533.70 from my salary due to their incompetence, I called them on Monday 26th and turns out the fault its on their side. I had to call again with no update from their today and the consultant tells me there is nothing she can do i must just wait,whereas they deducted my money without any authory..and now I must wait fir them to take their time to reimburse me
