Disregard for Peoples Health
Bonitas forces its members to make use of Pharmacy Direct to receive meds. However this service provider is extremely *********** they fail to deliver chronic meds and don't respond to emails or calls. Bonitas also has terrible customer care they also dont respond to emails or provide a bot/generic response that is not relevant to your complaint. Your chosen service provider Pharmacy Direct fails to deliver meds but charges your medical aid now you cannot get the meds elsewhere and are left without medication for days/weeks on end and Bonitas does nothing about it.
