Displeased by Bonitas Medical Fund
I am an elderly women that was admitted at Victoria Hospital during February and March 2025 Blood tests were done by Lancet Laboratories . The amount was R4900 and Medical aid did not pay reason being that need the Laboratories to motivate The second one was the Blood tests done by Dr Sebogodi in August for my every six months review avoiding to R2000 which the Medical Aid also did not pay, their reason being my Dr is not registered in their network and that is the Dr that I am always using
Please help me to resolve these
