Dishonorable company

Preauthourisation of procedure not honoured as they only paid less than 50% of what was authorised. Service is shocking as have made mistake after mistake. I pay the maximum premium on the maximum plan and have had more pleasant experiences getting electrocuted . Bonitas is ********* and does not have their customers health as their primary concern. Their primary concern is to not pay and to make the process of registering a complaint / query as impossible as possible. Burn in hell Bonitas
