***********, Dishonest, and Not Worth Your Money
Absolutely Horrible Service – Stay Away!
If I could give zero stars, I would! This medical aid is completely *********** and disorganized. They placed me in the highest paying bracket without justification, despite me submitting my documents on time as requested. Now, they are falsely claiming my account is in arrears due to their own administrative failure.
Their customer service is non-existent—emails go unanswered, and they take no responsibility for their mistakes. Instead, they expect members to just accept their errors and overcharges without question. This is nothing but a money-grabbing ****, and I would strongly advise everyone to stay far away!
I have already terminated my membership because I refuse to pay for a service that operates with such incompetence and dishonesty. I will also never recommend them to anyone. If you value your money and sanity, avoid this medical aid at all costs!
