Disgusting treatement to the elderly

This is my 3rd complaint: I sent in my option change form to Bonitas, the option change form clearly asks that if you earn a goverment pension sassa then they will need a copy of a withdrawal slip from a sassa paypoint confirming your montly pension, I have forwaded them my sassa withdawal slip and now they send me a mail saying that" Kindly be advised that your option change has not been processed as you need to include proof of income including your 3 month detailed bank statement. Kindly forward all the relevant documents in order for option change to be done., I dont have a bank statement because I am a pensioner, and why ask for the withdrawal slip if you then want to ask for bank statments, why ask for one thing and then when we give it you ask for something else, now they went and put me on the highest salary band despite all my emails to them and my previous complaint, they had better fix it or else I am changing medical aids. I have, I have gone to the Sassa offices and told them that you have put me on the highest salary bracket and I need proof of my Sassa income and they have given me the letter attached, as per you blood instruction you also asked for a Sassa slip withdrawal slip which I have also provided you with, as well as a copy of my Sassa bank card, I dont know what the hell else you want, you keep asking for a freaking bank statement, I dont have a bank statement or account because my pension money gets put into my sassa card and I withdraw it at the Sassa paypoints which is checkers, and I have provided you with a withdrawal slip and now I am providing you with a Sassa letter confirming my pension money that I recieve every month of R R1 700. this is how you treat elderly senior people by making them run around for unecessary things and you refuse to read what I am telling you that I dont get my sassa money paid into a bank account because I cant afford bank fees so I withdraw it at checkers, what more do you want, I have complained on hello peter twice now and I will keep conplaining till someone decides to do thier jobs properl
