DISGUSTING SERVICE OR RATHER NO SERVICE AT ALL
This is the 4th time I'm writing a review about Bonitas whom I pay an exorbitant about of money every month. I've been waiting since January for a response from them after over 7 hours of phonecalls filled with inadequate staff & empty promises from over 9 different agents. A manager has still not called me back. How do you get service from Bonitas Medical Fund because this is now completely unacceptable.
