Disgusting service from Bonita's medical aid!

Today is the 6th of November and my Bonita's medical aid has once again been suspended despite having paid in full my contributions and confirmation from the executives escalations department that my payment was recieved and my membership should be fully active. Please let it be on record that since the 29th of October Bonita's has denied me my medical aid citing reasons such as an agent being on holiday for why my membership remains suspended. I am currently having a high risk pregnancy while being put through this hell and struggling with high blood pressure due to stress and I cannot even attend an appointment with my gynae or visit the emergency room. IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO ME OR MY UNBORN BABIES BONITAS MEDICAL AID/ MOMENTUM IS TO BLAME! and I have the emails and detailed correspondence to prove it!
