Disgusting service

This is the worst experience I've ever had with any medical aid I cut my leg a few days ago and need stiches I called there contact numbers both of them used the WhatsApp line and the app

I called the hospital in my network and they told me to come through as there hospital is covered under the medical aid

I get a bill from the hospital stating that Bonitas won't pay my bill they are telling me that the hospital is covered but the doctor work g at the hospital is not covered please explain to me how I was suppose to know that when they don't even answer there calls they send me a list of doctors in there networkBassier M A Woodstock *** Bassier M M Pinelands *** Bassier M A & Bassier M M Pinelands *** Dr Ayoob Ahmed Belhar *** Hayat M S Gatesville *** Omar E Gatesville *** Dr Ehab Gamieldien Lansdowne *** Non of this doctors are close to were I stay they didn't ask me where I live if I was able to get there the only reason I joined this scheme is cause this hospital is close to me I was warned by people who wee on this scheme not to. Join them due to the exact same reason but I still decided to try it out biggest mistake ever I would like this resolved how can you play with peoples lives like this during a pendemic this is unacceptable I want answers as I'm also consulting with my legal team and I will. Name and shame bonitas there staff has no customer service training
