Disgusting service

Soo disappointed in this medical aid, because of this pandemic my salary was decreased and due to this unfortunate situation of mine I missed a payment on my medical aid i therefore requested an arrangement to be made to clear the arrears and be up to date with my medical aid they worked out that I would pay R2783 (normal contribution + R957 (arrears amount) for 3 months starting on the 01st April I completed all forms and attached to email with the body of my email stating I will make payment by the 25th as that is the day I get paid. Nobody came back to me saying no it must be by the 01st etc they loaded the arrangement. I'm on the last month of my arrangement and I get a message my membership has been suspended because I have made the last contribution amount by the 01st June but I would make the payment on the 25th June as its my pay date. Back and off with this *********** staff and yet they telling me the arrangement says by the 01st but what do you do if you don't get paid on the 01st of each month also I've been paying on the 25th since I started on the medical aid and never did I have an issue. The first two months of the arrangement I paid on the 23rd and they didn't once suspend it but they want to suspend it now on the last month soo disgusted in this company as they thrive on there members being the main core of there business however they can't even treat there clients properly. They give you an instruction you but they can't keep up there end of the agreement.
