Disgusting Service
I just called Bonitas membership department looking for assistance for a member and spoke to a consultant, the call reference 020622Q4JMM0 such disgusting service i received from a consultant who is suppose to be representing the scheme. If this is the type of attitude we get from membership clearly no resolutions would come from this, after i asked to speak to the manager she kept me on the line until the line cut
