Disgusting service

Hi my name is Chantal(P Naicker) I'm a member of bonitas medical aid, I phoned them today regarding my chronic medication, thinking that they would be willing to help me, but I was told that I must go on the website to check what medication I can get, I ask the consultant that I spoke with to at least send me an email of the medication that I can get, but he gave me a whole load of nonsense, I've been on other medical aids and never had problems like how I'm having with bonitas, we got to use our own airtime to call them only for them to say that they can't help, I feel they are trained and know about what medication is a pmb, and which is not, I would not recommend bontias to anyone who wants a medical aid, you just have endless problems, I wish our company could offer something other than bonitas, they such a waste of time but so expensive.
