DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT OF SERVICES
What a hard task yo sort out a problem. I'm on the primary plan as a SASSA pensioner it takes all my pension plus some given to me by my son. Bonitas put 25% co-payment on dentistry ONLY on Primary plan which is unfair. They put Primary & Boncap plans chronic meds to be delivered by Marara Pharmacy who are an absolute joke. Last month & this month they don't have my blood pressure tablets. I was not informed & now Dischem has stock but there is a 30% co- payment. Why do I need to pay co-payments because Marara is useless & I am forced to get my tablets elsewhere. It is not just not good enough.

09 Sept 2026, 11:21I have just tried to contact a manager to sort out a message stating my meds will be delivered in 48 - 72 hours. I HAVE 1 pill left what must I do WAIT & get ill before the pills arrive. I held on for 57 mins REALLY.

09 Sept 2026, 16:08Is the 25% co-payment on dentist going to be explained. We got absolutely no notification whatsoever. Also had a shortfall on x-rays done in hospital in July when my husband was in Sunward Park Hospital. I ended up fighting with Bonitas as once again no correspondence. We have never had a Hospital shortfall in 15 years.
