Disgusting customer service

I was placed on hold several times and not assisted in resolving my query. Even placed on hold for 15 minutes just for Wandile to check what claims have been paid out of my saving account for the month of December. You would think that your medical aid would have this information readily available but not Bonitas! The consultant kept reverting me to other information instead of resolving the query at hand. When he failed to give me the information he placed me on hold indefinitely for such a long period,in an effort to get me to cut the call. This is disgusting customer service! What could he possible be looking for on the system for 15 mins whilst I'm on hold. On a nearly active medical aid?
