Disgusted with Bonitas

<p>They are thoroughly ***********. I submitted a simple claim for which I have benefits but for the past 4 months they have come up with different excuses for not paying. Mostly "its under review" which means absolutely nothing. I am stuck between them and the provider and neither is capable of sorting this out. It is so frustrating. How complicated can a claim for arch supports from a podiatrist be? I am sick and tired of hearing their excuses, and that it has been "escalated" - what a joke. </p>
