Nothing but headaches from Bonitas. After getting pre authorization for the birth of my 4th child. They refused to pay the dr. Stating that I didn't get authorization. The same happened with my 3rd child. My gap cover ended up paying for my births!
I have heard nothing but excuses from Bonitas Even when my daughter needed dental treatment. They always have some or other plan to not pay.
We pay almost R16,000.00 a month for the BonComplete package. Our savings is R123,795.62. YES!!! We are hardly ever sick!!! What a waste of money. Now I see everyone else says what a mission it is to cancel. They don't even want to pay my vitamins while breastfeeding!!!
I'm fuming!!!
