Disgusted in Bonitas choice of Supplier of Pharmacy Direct

Good Day Bonitas

Please can you see the comments of your Supplier Pharmacy Direct.

Your penalize people for using other pharmacies but have an awful company like pharmacy direct to dispense chronic medication to people.

Will you wait for someone to die before something is done?

This company also robs the Bonitas staff because what they charge and what Dischem/Springbok charge is less than what they charge.

I am so disappointed in the level of service of Pharmacy Direct and that Bonitas do not care about their clients to let this Supplier still supply clients with Chronic medication.

Please could we request an audit on the Supplier and the procedures or SOP's of the Supplier and be documented for all clients.

Are you not ashamed that your Supplier really do not care about your clients???
