Bonitas medical aid is a ****. They are more than happy to deduct money from you but when its their turn to return your money they give you the run around. I have still not received my refund from these people and I am beyond livid at this point. Their finance team has not given any specifics on when payment will be. All they say is that they have escalated. Can someone from this company please pay me my money
