I am not happy about This medical aid at all , m still without my chronic medication since December n m high risk
their whatsapp platform is pathetic, I have been on the que for an hour and I haven't been assisted
I still have a huge pending complaint with CMS against this medical aid , for incorrect information given n I ended up in a filthiest public hospital
worst medical aid ever with their dsps , Pharmacy direct thanks
