I emailed Bonitas about a query where on their pamphlet it states that they will pay for a pap smear every 3 years only to find out that they didn't pay for it, this is the second time that they state stuff on their pamphlet that they will pay but then I have to pay for it without receiving anything from Bonitas, this is honestly the worst medical aid ever and will definitely change medical aids
