disgusted
have been trying to get authorisation now for the last 3 weeks for a breast reconstruction following a mastectomy; just received a rejection letter because some little despot wants more information despite an authorisation letter and photographs from the doctor. This is something that is allowed on my cancer benefits. Despite the motivation and the code from the doctor they want more information!!! they dont deserve any stars
