Disappointing Service from Bonitas

Very disappointed with the service received from Bonitas medical fund.. I am still waiting for them to process my savings refund since promised in May 2025. We are now in August 2025 and they are now still giving me the same responses, that my refund has been noted and is awaiting approval. I been doing regular follow up. I did admittedly ask them to change my banking however on the same day retracted due to the agent advising that there would be a further delay. Honestly this situation is ridiculous as the required information was submitted in January 2025.. others that submitted cancellations with me, some after have already been paid out in full..
