disappointing service
I am assisting my father with his income verification forms,
he has been waiting for the forms to be sent to him since November, as he was promised by a consultant.
I did manage to get the forms however the email address that i provided with is not delivering the email, now my concerned is that my father will be moved to a higher income bracket, of which is unfair for a pensioner.
*** this is the email address I sent the forms to.
