Disappointing!!
Just want to swop the two dependancy codes. Nothing else will change. They informed me I will have to resign!! and apply for new membership for Bonitas. Totally not acceptable. Has been with Bonitas for years, since Lifemed was taken over by Bonitas. On the highest benefit scheme. I consider changing to another medical aid.
